I have a 2006 made 15" Carlisle (made in China - dread!) on a TM 31KS, weight 3700 lbs empty, that has a knot on the inner sidewall right next to the rim, about 1.5" diameter, that looks like a soon-to-be blowout.
TM in storage: All three tires are getting replaced next spring.
