These trailers are extremely similar inside for everyone except the master of the house, who gets the king bed in a 3124kb instead of a queen bed in the 3023 (Ms Adventure would be a good sport, either way). But needing a larger tow vehicle would be a bigger deal to me than settling for the queen bed.

The 3124 is 200# or so more trailer than the 3023. That, plus 500# of kids and their stuff may approach the limits of a 5000# rated tow vehicle (depending on how conservatively your manufacturer assessed the tow limits, how conservatively you load up stuff, and how conservatively you drive) (our 3023 with a moderate load is very nearly 4000#).

We had wonderful times on camping vacations with our 3 sons in popups a lot smaller than TrailManors. I think the 3023 might have helped us make it work better than the 3124 with the kind of tow vehicles that we'd prefer to be driving the 90% of the time when we aren't towing. But, I can absolutely understand why people would go another way on this.
