Default Bag seal material found possibly

I took a small piece of the bag seal material to a fabric store that does a lot of rv stuff, they found this in the back, I bought a yard of it 10 bucks per yd.

I am going to leave it out in the heat , put some in the freezer, it is waterproof, very pliable. Looks promising, I think one could buy enough for about 30 bucks to do the bag seals.

Had this in the freezer now a couple of hours , still pliable / flexible . I tried to rip it apart I could not, I had to finally rub it across some jagged metal more than a few times to get it to rip as I wanted to see how strong and what kind of or if any fibers were inside like the oem. Well there are fibers and plenty strong. I am going to do it.

The original stuff does not keep water out of the foam and is worn in more than a few places. So now to grab about 3 more yards. I will have left overs I know
