this is just my opinion, i am sure other nice folks here will chime in also,
you should be fine towing with your tv, if worried a wdh and a brake controller will help alot,
as far as the tm , that sounds like a real deal,
and for that price, if by chance you decide to pass on it , be so kind to let me know
