I bought my 3124KS from Debra. I get all my parts from them. Tried to screw around with TM directly but realized quickly that MCD had an "in" to them and appropriately so. I personally don't think TM should deal with parts directly. They should leverage their dealers. Too many owners for them to deal with properly so I think you need to distribute this functions to your dealers. They make a little money and you get your parts faster (oh and don't forget usually good advice too)!
I agree with Bill. MCD should get a lot of credit for being very customer focused. So if you're buying a TM...go see MCD! Or else!
