Armoral has a reputation for damaging tires. I'm not sure how it effects this material. Just keep them clean. A wipe with a rag with silicone on it would probably be better that Armoral but I don't really know.

think (could be wrong) that those bags are made of a material called "Hypalon".

You might do a search for cleaning and protecting that material. It's a rubber product and it's pretty hardy stuff if that is indeed what it is.
