I would concur with lee and use the 4000 UV. I was just at the marine shop yesterday and they told me that the 4200 and 5200 are for bedding and are much less flexible than the 4000. In addition they don't have the UV protection. If you do want a polyurethane based caulk then maybe you want to look at the sikaflex 715 for the horizontals and 221 for the sides.

FYI I am just wrapping up the front shell today. I ended up using eternabond on the vents, antenna and the shroud under the AC. I am using 4000 UV for the center and side seams.
