I've been working on C/Ls too. They are 5 1/2 X 7, I put them into an aircrew checklist binder. They'd also fit in a Daytimer type notebook. I'll have C/Ls that cover:

Setup
Teardown
Packing up
TM Tips
TM Modification list
Equipment (essential & nice to haves)
Initial inventory
Winterizing & storage
New TM acceptance insp
When I complete them I'd be glad to email them.
