This sounds like one corner of the rear shell has slipped down a bit on the lift arm - or the lift arm has slipped a bit down on the torsion bar. With a bit of effort and ingenuity, you can loosen the bolts, move back into place with a jack, and retighten the bolts. Several years ago there was a great tutorial by Denny_A covering how to do this. The Search tool ought to find it for you.
