At the bottom of each post is a button labeled QUOTE. When you click it, the entire post appears in quoted form, and you can start typing beneath it. By the way, it is considered polite to edit out any part of the original post that you are not going to answer, so that it is clear what part you are addressing. Also edit out any images, so they are not repeated.
There are at least two other ways to do it, but this is the easiest.
