We had a similar problem many years ago in our motorhome. The anode rod in the water heater had crumbled into a fine sand-like substance, which proceeded to partially clog the screens on the faucets. After all was cleaned out it worked fine. I now change the anode rod yearly, whether it needs it or not! Also, you didn't mention if you have the same problem when connected to city water or if it is specific to the water pump. Might change our thinking...
