Thanks guys... the picture I posted is from the net and not my TM. I will look closely and see if I have similar screws that I can back out. Not sure I do but definately do have silicone caulk around the pannel. Good to know that pannel can be removed from the inside. I much prefer to tackle it from there since it's going to get a fresh coat of paint after the replacement. I will try and post an after shot once all complete.
