Howdy all. New member and new TM owner. I towed it home with my 2010 Touareg TDI. Pulled it very nicely, almost like it wasn't even there. Weight hitch said 500 lbs. It was very level, so I don't think I'll bother with a WDH. I do need mirror extensions though! They are on the short list so I can tow it to winter storage. Boo!
I'll be looking for some info on a few projects like electrical (some exterior lights don't work, don't know about the inside yet), bag seal on the upper shell needs replacing, the terlet - everyone's favorite subject, and I'm sure other items.
Here's a picture of when I picked the TM up. She was set up under a tree for two years. SMH...
At home in the driveway. A quick wash made a huge difference (not yet done here).
