Default door jam adjustment and torsion bar question

Lower door jam will not fit properly with the door on a 2014 TM 2720QS. Bottom of jam is way to the left of the door, see attached photo. How do I adjust it. This was this way before I adjusted the torsion bars (see below).

Also, was trying to adjust torsion bars on same unit. Rear (inner shell very hard to open). Per previous posts about this subject, I tightened the two rear nuts one half turn each. Then went to adjust the two center forward nuts. Tightened the left (driver) side one half turn. The one on the right (door) side had absolutely no tension on the nut, as if it was not making contact with the torsion bar! Is that normal? I tightened that nut two full turns, so that it 'felt' as tight as the other nuts. Rear shell opens easier now, but the fit between the inner and out shell is tight on the left side, and a small gap on the right side (when I first pop open the two center black latches).

Photo is rotated with the bottom being on the left side.
