Bumping this thread since I recently started the project of replacing my seals. I had posted some time previously that I discovered signs of wood rot inside the bag perimeter area. That turned out to be an understatement. When I got the trim pieces dismantled I discovered that all of the wood around the whole perimeter was completely rotted and unusable. Mostly pulverized wood plus some of the foam was still wet inside.

So this has turned into a major redneck engineering project having to rig up a way to replace the wood and using some marine vinyl fabric and foam from Hancock fabrics. I may take a couple pics if I get it to the point I am not embarrassed to do so.
