I think the TM is being sold on consignment or something because it is at a dealer/RV Service center, but he had to run my offer by the owner. Don't think I would be able to get any type of warranty from the service center. One of the reasons I feel somewhat comfortable with this is because it is like buying from private party, but having an RV shop check it out first. He has been very helpful taking pictures and answering questions and has said he hasn't found anything wrong with it other than the faded curtains. I'm going to ask him about the green spot and the "wet" wood as well as the lifted linoleum in front of the sink.
