Thanks Bill! Really appreciate your thorough explanation and review of the photos. Everything looked pretty good to me in the photos, but I've only seen them in person once, so looking for the expertise of everyone here to let me know if everything looks A-OK!

Here are 2 more photos that I have that I didn't include in the original post. There were 2-3 things I noticed that maybe someone could answer for me.

In the first photo, it looks like the flooring right under the carbon monoxide detector is slightly curved/lifted. The wood baseboard seems to disappear slightly behind the floor. Is this normal, or could it be the photo?

In the 2nd photo, any concerns about the discoloration on the wood shelf, or the stained? wood under that valve on that tank? To me it kind of looks like it got wet, possibly a leak out of that valve? I believe this is under the sink, but not sure what that grey unit is.
