When I test the rig connected to the TV, as I apply the brakes I will feel the trailer stop first, but once on the road and going down hill I don't get that feeling. If I don't feel the rig slowing as well as I think it should be, I bump up the numbers. For me, the issue is is the rig slowing fast enough to respond to my needs.

Thanks for your reply. I tested the TM with warm brakes (I felt the drums) and still couldn't lock the brakes at max voltage. I'll feel her out on the road and adjust from there.
