Break it down.

In the TrailManor trailers for sale section, break the catagory down by state or at least region or the USA. As it is now you have to click on or hover over every post and hope the seller posted his location.

Interesting idea. I'll talk it over with Chris.

The rules for posting an ad have always included "Where are you located?" However, I suppose it was a bit obscure, since it was in the fourth or fifth line, and some folks don't read very carefully. So in the meantime, I have moved that up to the first line in the "guidelines", and specified that the location be in the title. I'll have to figure out how to handle posts that still don't include it.

What if we break it down by region? That way it's more suited for easy search, but not so granular that it has to be by state.

Chris - that sounds like a good solution to me. When I was looking for my TM (over several years I might add) being able to look in my area -or at least within driving distance - would have been a real help.

Suggested regions - NE, SE, Mid Atlantic, Mid West, SW, West, Great Plains. It would probably be good to specify what these regions are - maybe by including the states that are included. SW would be Okla, Texas, NM. West could be CA, OR, WA plus NV, ID, MT, WY, CO, AZ. And so forth.

i have sectioned out the for sale section, and added 4 regions. We'll start there and segment further if need be. I have halted posting in the general section to force folks to put it in their region.
