15 inch Blow Outs?

Just out of curiosity, has anyone experienced a blow out on 15 inch tires?

I have a 2006 made 15" Carlisle (made in China - dread!) on a TM 31KS, weight 3700 lbs empty, that has a knot on the inner sidewall right next to the rim, about 1.5" diameter, that looks like a soon-to-be blowout.

TM in storage: All three tires are getting replaced next spring.

I havent heard many good things about Carlisle. Check out previous posts about who is trying what brands and also wmtire is pretty knowledgable about tires.

Yes...15 inch Marathons on a 3124KS. Interste in North Dakota last August. Running 60 MPH; pressure checked every morning; no dry rot; tires four years old.
