In reading below, it was mentioned that TM used to use wood framed walls.
What year did they convert to aluminum?
I am looking to buy a 1998 3023, for $3800. Is that a good deal?

Like Leon says, if everything works and it's pretty clean, that sounds like great deal.
We have a 1997 and it is in great shape and everything works fine...no structural problems.

I pick it up Saturday morning. I am jacked.
It is very clean and in great condition.
I am getting it from the original owners.
The only thing That I found was that the nuts and bolts that go through the pivot points are wearing into the aluminum side panels.
Is there a fix for this?
I was thinking large area washers?
Thank
Tony

It sounds like you found a great deal! Keep us posted on your purchase. :)
And just in time for some great spring camping trips!
Maybe when you bring it home you can post a picture of the nuts & bolts that you are talking about.
