panel on 3023

what is the panel on sofa under the "extra equipment". Do you still get the drawers on the love seat? we are looking at a unit that has this feature

You are, I believe, referring to one of the options that you can select when you build your own 3023 on the trailmanor web site. Looking for it that was the first time I have ever seen it and am not sure what that is. I would call the factory and ask. My only guess, and I am not very confident in it, is that it refers to mounting a readout panel for the solar power equipment near the sofa instead of somewhere else?
