:new_newbi hello there, we have a 2619 /05, and we love it, the only thing we have a problem with, it`s storage space, so i`ve been thinking (sometimes i do that, it`s bad habit) would it be possible to add on more space underneath? i`m thinking creating a "basement" like the big tt, using a/c duct, maybe use a couple of coats f/g to make it stronger but not heavier, and make a door from the same aluminum or f/g, and hang it from the frame, i can`t do it because i had an accident and my back it`s shot, but if someone is willing, i think it`s worth a try. one more thing i want to ask, my tm drags the battery tray, sometimes when we are coming out of a gas station, i read in another forum that i can install swivel wheels to remedy this situation, any ideas? thanks. louie:)

I put a aluminum tray under my trailer that pulls out like the spare tire rack. I made it for my blue tank, but it could be used like it is or made taller on the sides for other items.

If not, it is likely that the rear of your tow vehicle is squatting under the tongue weight, which in turn would cause the tongue area to drag. It might be the hitch, or the jack post, or the battery tray that drags. But your TM should be level, and nothing (especially in the front) should drag.

You might also look at LIFTS for your TM to prevent drag. There are other links talking about this very problem.:D

my batt tray is on the front ofcourse, and the trailer looks level, the draging problem is not always, only at some gas sta, there`s a big dip between the rd and the gas sta grounds, i don`t know why, but you could sail a boat, anyway thanks for all your help guys. louie :)
