:cool: Well we did wing our way through the parkway and still found plenty to do. Our first plans were a bust due to the storms. We first stayed at Montebello campground for two days. We had a very nice site on the lake. They have plenty of full hookups but we picked our site because of the view. We then drove the parkway to Meadows Of Dan. Found Meadows Of Dan RV Park and stayed there the rest of the week. It had full hookup at all the sites and was well maintained. From there we visited Grandfather Mt.,Mayberry(Mt Airy),and Mabry Mill. There is fishing,hiking,food,and shopping close by. We even had our picture taken with Floyd at the barber shop in Mayberry. Great trip. Here are some pics.
