New high speed tires and wheels added in 2020.
Maxxair fan in place wiring needs completed.
New propane regulator.
24 in smart tv included.
AC/Stove/heater/hotwater all tested, probably needs a new battery.
Refrigerator not tested.
The shower curtain and sprayer, as well as the interior divider cloth for the beds are new from trailmanor. The window curtains are old, and I would suggest replacing at some point. They're just cloth that buttons into place.
Definitely not in perfect condition as it's from 2006, but pretty good for the age.
