I am the original owner of a 2005 Model 3023 which I have finally decided to part with. It hasn't been an easy decision, but I feel I no longer need such a large trailer, and I'm sure someone else will love it just as much as I have.

You can see photos here in my album, from when I remodeled it in 2017 -

I recently brought her down from her winter parking spot under a ShelterLogic shelter near my barn, and started cleaning her up and looking her over.

I have a new electric water heater element, anode rod, and power switch on order (they were supposed to be here today, but alas, big brown truck hasn't stopped here today). I plan on replacing those items this weekend to ensure the water heater is functional. It is currently functional on propane, but with the element burned out, it does not work on electric. This will be remedied soon.

I tested the lights and fridge on battery power - all was well. I haven't not tested anything on shore power yet, as I want to replace the water heater element and test that on it's own first.

I am not going anywhere this weekend (Labor Day Weekend), so thought I'd post this now if anyone wants to take a look before the repairs are made and everything is tested.

There are dents on the front shell roof from a tree limb many, many years ago. No puncture in the skin, no leaks. The rear shell is also sagging in the middle, but she still seals well, opens and closes well, and despite spraying right along where the front shell rests on the rear shell with a water hose when washing it last weekend, no water was inside the trailer when I opened it up. The bag seal on the rear of the front shell needs to be replaced though - she's been parked for a couple of years, and mice have chewed the upper curb side corner...

The bedding (sheets, quilt, afghan, etc), butterfly chairs, turquoise cube, and white gauze privacy curtains on the front bed do not go with camper (I'm gutting and renovating a popup, and will use these in that). All the window curtains, large rug, and the 6 baskets in the shelving unit next to the door go with the trailer. Anything else in the photos, please ask.

I do have the wardrobe, in great condition, it just hasn't been painted to match the new cabinets. But that will go with the trailer, and all the leftover paint from the renovation so you'll have it for touchups, etc. Also not pictured, but now back in the trailer (it has been stored in a spare room in my house for several years) is the rear queen bed mattress.

Please contact me at [email protected] with any questions, or to make arraignments to view the trailer.
