2007 2720 for sale in the SF Bay Area for $9500

It’s time to say goodbye to our beloved home away from home. The kids became way too big for our TM and we have to look for something bigger.
We bought it iin 2012 and it’s been garage kept this whole time. Everything is in working order and it’s been maintain by Custom Rv. Taken out for camping nearby 4 to weekends a year.
It has a swing tongue, two propane tanks, two golf cart batteries, 80 gal water tank, lift kit already installed by Custom RV but still with 14 in tires ( with less than 1000miles) bc otherwise it’s too tall for my garage.
I’ll post pics as soon as I figure out how to do it.

I'm just curious, you list a 80 gallon water tank. That's pretty big, where is it housed.

That might be a mistake, it’s just the bigger factory option under the seat next to the refrigerator. Is it 40 gallons?

TM has either 20 or 40 gallon tanks. I'm thinking its a 40 gallon tank, but I don't have measurements for you to check.
