This 3124KS is looking for a new home. We have enjoyed it immensely, but it is time to let her go to another loving home. We are just NW of Atlanta and are the 2nd owners. She is in good shape for the shape she’s in. Being in mid-life she shows a little wear like the rest of us. Fridge, stove/oven, water heater, AC, microwave, furnace, plumbing, and awning all function well. We were out for a comfortable 10 day journey this June. Tires have been upgraded to E rated Goodyear Endurance. Has about all the factory options offered at the time of her birth. Over sink cabinet, 14’ Fiama awning, Electric tongue jack (replaced recently), AC, & 3 drawer TV stand. Fan-Tastic fan & all vents have roof covers so you can keep them open any time or while on the road. We have completely resealed the aluminum roof to better than factory sealant. Several mods: shower liner, under bed storage shelving, LED lighting, drawers installed in cabinets, black out curtains and corner shelves in the sleeping quarters, drawer slides on the folding dinette tables. Good clean unit that is ready and willing to hit the road and help you enjoy your journeys. WD hitch included. Wallie, the dachshund is not included.
