I have a 2013 2922KS...very similar floorplan, just a little less counterspace, but a little easier to tow. Seattle area, so not super close, but could be a fun road trip! $15k.

We have a 3124KB for sale in Northern Minnesota. Nice condition, we just put new tires on it last summer, and everything works, except the lights displaying how full the graywater tank is. We're also asking $10,000 but are willing to negotiate. We live in a really beautiful area - it would make a great camping trip with a new trailer! Willing to send photos if you're interested!
