I haven't used it in a few years so it is time to let it go to someone that will use it. I am in far western Maryland. It is is very good shape wit no known problems. Roof doesn't leak as it has been resealed recently. Has a WDH and a new memory foam mattress lights are LEDs. Everything else is as it came. Asking $13000.
