2006 Trailmanor 2720, this is a clean camper! No smells, no leaks.
Swing hitch, allows camper to fit in garage at ~19ft
Three new Goodyear Endurance 14” tires, bearings greased this spring
New AGM marine battery
New propane tank

Very Clean inside
Kitchen, large sink, larger three-way fridge, three burner stove, oven
Closet, drawers, tons of inside storage
Fantastic fan and two roof vents
Bathroom with sink, shower, toilet plumbing there, we removed the old toilet and used a portable (we still have the original Thetford Electra Magic).
Sleeps 6, Large queen bed in back room, double bed in front, table area converts to another double bed.
Tanks flushed and sanitized this spring
No leaks or water marks

Free, clear title
Hot water heater (gas+electric) was working after having it serviced (new anode rod installed). On our next camping trip I couldn’t get it to heat (not familiar with how they work).
Oven cover is missing.
Kitchen faucet assembly is loose, but works fine.
Outdoor shower has a leak underneath the door.
No key for the door/deadbolt, but key for the latch that keeps the door in place during transit (that is what we use to lock the Trailmanor)
We are in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Will mark as sold or remove ad, once it's sold.
