Need your opinion

Hello All,
I am considering trading in my 2001 2720SL for a newer TM. Lucky for me I live about 5 minutes away from a TM dealer (Spring Cypress RV, Tomball, Texas). They have a new 2004 2720SL for $20,750, and a used 2003 2720SL for $17,500. Are these fair asking prices? They both have the standard oven, A/C, awning, and swing away hitch. Neither have the hanging cabinet or micro. stand...both of these are in mine and I like having them.
If any of you out there traded in your 2001 for a newer model would you tell me if the upgrades in the newer models were worth the trade-in.

Not much difference between the 03 and 04, so if the 03 was in good shape I would jump on that! Even though, the price on the 04 seems very good (they normally run in the $23K-$24K range), you are looking a $6K-$7K savings with the 03. And all of this is just my .02.

Thanks for your input. We have decided to sell our TM instead of trading it in. :'(
At this point we are thinking about buying a lake front lot instead of another TM. This decision comes after spending the weekend at Canyon Lake, Tx. It's such a beautiful area, we are seriously considering moving there when we retire.....in about 15 years. :)
