Subscription Issue

We paid $12 on 7/12/17 for a subscription using PayPal. I still do not have access to all info on the forum website.

I can’t find anything in my control panel that indicates I have paid. I have a copy of the receipt from PayPal.

How can I get my profile updated to show that I am a sponsor?

I have had this issue where my membership was degraded. I had paid the renewal months before.

I sent an email to chris the admin, with the paypal receipt. He corrected it.
