As an avid biker that travels with Trailmanor with a team, would like to open source the idea of a bike rack like this from prorac (prorac 4-bike carrier designed for pop-up campers) Additional benefit is this is expandable for up to 6 bikes. First, how compatible do you feel this would be with a Trailmanor? Second, for you engineering types, would appreciate any suggestions on how to make a homemade design if you like this idea? I already travel with four bikes on the back of the trailer.

Looks good but how is clearance to the TV on a tight turn ? Seems more suited to a pickup.

Roof height on the TM is 5ft 5in. The set up shown is not that high. To mount bikes that high may be problematic for most users.

How much weight does this add to the tongue? The TM has a relatively heavy tongue weight. Once you resolve the height issue raised here which I agree is a concern.

The rack is 23 lbs, and road bikes will average about 20 lbs each. So estimate this would add 100 lbs.

you could balance the trailer back out and build a rack on the tongue of the trailer. I used boxed steel signpost tubing from Lowe"s, 2 Thule trays, and some grade 8 nuts and bolts and mounted it to the battery tray. I did have to move the propane tanks further toward the tongue and one of the wheel hold-down arms doesn't lay flat, but this flat out works with great visibility of your toys and they don't move an inch

(IMO) the 100# isn't a big deal with a satisfactory WDH set up.

Compromising the integrity of the roof with drilling has most folks more than a little wary....I have pondered placing some cross bars and one or two cargo boxes or bike rack but the weight (even while empty) and raising the roof from the collapsed state would have some issues (thus the cargo box remains on the TV).

Since the TM roof has a flat hard deck (sans ledge), how might you secure down the rear wheels?

What would be your plans for storing the 4-6 front wheels/rubber/skewers?

Depending your tow vehicle one may mount a 2" receiver hitch on the front chassis of the TV, two or three bikes on the rear of the TM (with the 150# capacity TM 2" receiver) and two on the front of the TM tongue-with the modification outlined by outdrgod is one spendy method.

How about a bike rack mounted to the front of the TV
