I have found that if I am not logged in the server responds very quickly. Once I login, there is a very long delay pulling up pages. Does anyone else have this problem?

BC,

No problem here. But, then I have a cable modem, which is very-very fast. If there is a quagmire, it's undetectable on my end of the transaction. :)

By any chance, do you use an earlier version of Netscape? Like 4.7x? If so, you will need to upgrade to Netscape 7.1 or (even better) the debugged Netscape kernel, Mozilla 1.4.1. The yabbse software package was written for MSIE, and is very unfriendly to earlier versions of Netscape.

I am using Windows XP IE 6 sp1 with T1 DSL speed. I tested from a Windows 2000 server w/ IE 5 sp2 and it works great. Tested from Windows 2000 IE 6 sp1 and it works great. Must be an issue with my setup. Is anyone else using XP? This board doesn't use any other tcp/ip port other than port 80 does it?

Alright, I just figured it out! When logged into the site, it requires tcp port 8000 through the firewall. Once I allowed this port outbound, it works great! I hope this might help someone else and I appreciate the above responses to help point me in the right direction!
