Temp/Batt Volt/ Alarm Thingy

Can't beat the price, I guess. It depends on what you want to do with the first 3 functions - clock, outside temp, inside temp. The fourth function - voltmeter - is useful. But you can get a voltmeter for about the same price, one with a smaller footprint, from Camping World. And cheaper from other sources.

We like something that will show indoor/outdoor temperature and will catch the hi/lo temp outdoors. But so far everything we have tried fails after about a year. There goes another $20:mad:, if you get one let us know how it works out.

...that looks pretty much the same except it does not record humidity.

I glued some rare earth magnets to the back and a metal plate to the panel under the sink for easy mounting and the ability to remove it to get to the switches and battery compartment on the back. I ran the cable down through the floor to the outside and mounted the outside sensor underneath the trailer, and enclosed it with an electrical outlet add-on plastic box ($1 or so) to protect it from road debris. It has holes around it so there is still adequate air flow.

Shows indoor/outdoor temps as well as highs/lows. Also records humidity inside.
