Default 2720SL set up

We just bought this trailer and it was in great shape. But now that it is home I can't figure out how to get the front bottom and top to align. The top seems to be about two inches forward of the bottom and the door top and bottom are not close to alignment. What am I missing? When it was delivered the site was so out of level We didn't set it up. Today a made a level pad and it was perfectly OK. But for the first time setting it up I am baffled. Ideas?

Could you post a picture and what year is it ? Some years have stops to control how far the modules open but a good rule of thumb is that when positioned correctly the arms on the sides should be straight up and down.

My sig has a picture of a 2720SL opened fully.

On each top corner of the stationary box, there is an aluminum lever, about 1" x 1" x 6". On each shell, there is a pin, about ¼" in diameter, that goes into the hole in each of those levers. Until all four pins are in the holes, you are not ready to assemble the door. The shells are properly extended when the pins are in the holes.

I guess I didn't find the front pins and levers. It is a 2012 unit. Anyone have a good picture of the front pin and levers so I can activate them?

Michael -

All of this information (and a lot more) is available in the TM owner's manual. If you don't have a copy, they are readily available on theTrailmanor web site, or check
http://www.trailmanorowners.com/foru...ad.php?t=13839
In the 2008 manual, look on pages 12 and 13.

By the way, did you get the PM I sent you? I laid out quite a bit of information for you there, including all this.

Bill
