warped inner wall on 2720sl...heat?

hello everyone. glad to be able to join your forum. have read almost every thread. looking to buy 2720sl at super price. standing just inside door, facing couch, one can see daylight between inner slide out wall on right, and outer sliding wall. crack is almost 1" at top of interior wall(just under the padding), decreasing to 0" about l foot from floor. inner wall appears to be warped inward enough to let light in. even tho tm looks new inside/out(98model), i can tell unit has been stored in heat(dried out table, small plastic piece dried/broken, and velcro sticky,). is this warping a major prob? doesn't seem like adj. scissor jack on front would close gap.  thanks a lot for any opinions. very helpful group on this board!
