Air conditioning

TM 2619 1998
Air conditioner is in bottom of camper on the stove side.
This does not keep the TM cool if it is hot outside or there are no trees around.
TM says they do not recommend installing a top air conditioner.
We do all the cooling "stuff",
keep window shades closed,have a fan to blow cool air away from floor and so forth,
any other suggestions.

Maybe you could replace it with a newer, more powerful unit.
