Hello. New Owner.
Hello everyone. I'm a new owner of a 2001 TM 2720. Getting ready to take it to Kentucky this weekend. I'm excited. This is my first camper. I'll be dry camping on a property I own. Plan to get electricity, water, and septic hookup soon. Any advice for a newbie is appreciated

Welcome aboard! Lots of great people here, with lots of good ideas and help! I suggest you get a cup of coffee (or beverage of your choice) and dig into all that is available here. If you have any specific needs/wants ...ask away!

I agree with Mike. Look thru the different forum sections. I did that while awaiting delivery of my rig. I copied a lot of good info, data and pictures of repairs or mods accomplished by others. I would go around and get pictures of all data plates or decals. Knowing which version or model and serial numbers of your appliances will help you to research manuals or parts. I updated the data sheet that came in my blue book and keep a copy on my phone and tablet. Also add in yer signature section what model, version or big mods. It makes it easy for folks to answer, verses asking what model/version before we answer.
Welcome to the forum.

Heading to Kentucky? I've always wondered if these TrailManors would float.

Enjoy your trip and as others advise, this forum is full of great advise. As you're dry camping, you'll get a good feel for how that is compared to full hookups.
