Bike rake on a 2001

I am considering purchasing a 2001 3124 KS. I understand the spare tire is on the back bumper. I know the newer models have the spare under the right side of the trailer which makes room for a bike rack. Does anyone know where I can install a bike rack on a 2001? Can it be installed on the rear bumper next to the spare? Where is a good place to put bikes if I purchase the 2001?
