One vital addition: When putting up for any length of time remove the battery from the smoke detector in the forward ceiling. It will emit an omnidirectional ear piercing bleat when the battery gets low that will wake the neighborhood and having its own power will happen even if all internal and external power is removed.
ps I would never put ethelyne glycol (antifreeze) into a drinking water system. It is poisonous. Pure potable alcohol maybe (freezes at -173F or higher if mixed with water. a strong Beer will be good to about 10F.
