Default TrailManor Service in Dallas/Fort Worth?

I need to find a place to take my 2004 2619 in for some repairs. I tried to take it to North Texas RV and they had no clue about trail manors. The guy replaced my broken shower head, then put the shower head in the holder and closed the trailer, rebreaking the shower head. Does anyone know of a place that KNOWS trail manors near Dallas??

I think this is the only dealer left in Texas.

Remember that for most parts and repairs, you do not need a TrailManor dealer.

Pretty much all RVs use the same systems and appliances, so any RV service place can handle them. I'm thinking stove, refrig, air conditioner, fans, plumbing including toilet and sinks and faucets, propane, battery and all lights and electrical items inside and out, tires and wheels and bearings, hitch components - well, you get the idea. None of these is unique to TM, so driving a great distance to have them serviced by a TM dealer doesn't make sense. In fact, it has been my experience (with only a couple exceptions) that TM dealers are not as well equipped and trained to do this kind of service as a big RV dealer.

The only time you need a TM dealer is for TM-specific parts, like the aluminum body panels and the lift system. Fortunately, these seldom require service.

We bought our 2720SL there in Oct 2010 and they were very knowable about the TM. Spent about three hours with us going over everything. Unless the changed owners and fired everyone they should know what they are doing.

I don't know what could have changed, maybe I'll swing by there in March. The forums have several members that have bought from them.

To bring back an old thread, when I put a TX zip code into the dealer locator it doesn't give me Texas RV Center in Cleburne any more. I now get Western Campers in Fort Worth.

Anybody know if the Cleburne dealer isn't selling anymore? I was hoping to stop by and look at one when we visit my brother-in-law and his family this summer.

Easy answer? Call 'em up and ask 'em! That guarantees you'll get an up-to-date answer, too.

Their website http://www.texasrvcenter.com/ lists a used 3124 that has been sold.
Didn't see any new ones listed though.

Cleburne is out; Western Campers in Fort Worth is now the only operator of TM in TX.
