Default Interior Dome Lighting

Greetings,

I have a 2012 2720SL that has pancake dome led lights installed next to each ceiling vent. Recently, I noticed denting of one side of my rear section roof and have tracked it back to the toggle switch of one of these lights causing the dent when the trailmanor is folder down. Of the two lights, only one is doing this. The other is fine.

This is a fairly recent development. So something has changed, perhaps either the front or rear section drifting over use. Both sections close and click into place. However, the gap between them is is different on one side of center than the other.

My issue is what to do about it and I am turning to the forum for any ideas. I can just remove the one problemmatic light, but this will leave holes in my ceiling. But since this is a new development, something must have shifted or changed with the roof shells. Is there an adjustment that I can make that with the roof shells or closures to fix this?
Thanks very much

Are you sure you have toggle switches? The lights originally had rocker switches. These were prone to failure, so a previous owner may have replaced them with toggles, which protrude farther out of the fixture. Wrong choice!

The other possibility is that the rear shell is not going down quite as far as it used to. Did you add something, like a thick quilt or comforter or mattress pad, on the rear bed? There is not much space for those. While the rear shell may still go down far enough to latch of you push it hard. it will settle at a slightly higher position, which will impact the front shell.
