I understand, it was like pulling teeth. However the cabinet is attached to the sink basin and water lines, and the basin attached to the drain pipe, etc, etc. So even if the cabinet can be removed, you would have to disconnect all that first.
When I did it, I was able to reach my left arm in far enough to disconnect the drain line then way back to disconnect the two water lines. Those are all plastic fittings so theoretically they are only on there hand tight and intended to be removed/replaced without using tools. (In theory that is...
If I recall, the clips holding the basin each had a phillips screw facing downward so I was able to use a long screw driver and reach up to those. It took some blind groping to get the tip in place for the back-side clips.
Anyway, by removing the basin it gave me enough visibility and access to fix an elbow in a water line that was leaking.
