Default carbon monoxide detector won't stop beeping?

my '2000 2720sl carbon monoxide detector won't stop beep beep... beeping.
i plugged the trailer into the house when we got back from camping, then popped up the trailer to unload and had no power? the fuses aren't blown, the breakers aren't popped?is it the power converter? no power just beep beep...beep beep. if anyone out there can help i would appreciate it. thank you.

Not sure about the model of detector you have but on mine it will beep when the TM battery voltage is low. You stated that you had no power so hopefully it will return to normal when you get your power back up. The documentation that came with the TM says the detector should be replaced after five years. There is a post on here where others say the same thing so, if yours is the original that came with the ‘2000’ it may be time to replace it any way.

thank you for that. i will look into replacing it.
shouldn't my truck have recharged the battery on my drive home?
why the complete dead battery? sorry for more questions everyone. thanks again.
