Who was it?

This past Saturday afternoon, Wayne and his buddy were going fishing on Lake Fontana in NC mountains.  As they neared the Almond Boat Dock, he saw a 2720 parked at the office at the campground there.  Was that anyone we know?

By the way, their fishing trip was successful ... 23 bream and 6 walleye.
