Default Adco cover for 2720SD

I have found an ADCO cover 22895 that is new in the box , I was told it has never been used or taken out of the box.. however the owner has had it for 3 yrs. in his garage. cost to me is 60 bucks is it still worth it, or do these things go bad just sitting in the box? I also spoke with ADCO and he thought I might need a 22852 cover since it goes up to 22 1/2 ' long whereas the 22895 is 18'
but I measured the closed TM and come up with 17' so I am thinking 22895 cover would be best fit, if they dont dry rot sitting in the box. Your thoughts are needed.

The difference may be where the AC raises the height. I realize you've measured your TM at 17ft but when the AC is factored in it may be tight fit.

I know from experience that a too tight fit cover doesn't allow it to flex with ease in a windy situation. With a tight fit, the TM corners may be tight and rip the cover.

Just my opinion. The price on the one you found in the box is certainly 1/2 of a new 22895 model and a 1/4 of the price for the 22852. If it's local to you, I'd try it and see. You could still resell it if you had to, to a TM owner with a 2619 model.

That was my first thought was AC unit height, I did buy it as it was local sale, I even told the guy he might see it on craigslist again if it does not fit. But New in the box.
thanks for the reply!

Default Adco 12295

I have the ADCO 12295 which is the exact same size as the 22895. I like the fit on my 2720 with AC.
