Mods - What's happened to old "how to's"?

I have tried to find some of the old posts that I remember having seen on various mods (ie installing mud flaps etc.) but can't find them.

I must be doing something wrong, or maybe I missed seeing a post that these old posts have been lost?

They are still around, but a simple search on "flaps", for example, brings up a lot of hits that you have to sort through. I found these by searching for threads, not posts, which helped - there are probably others.

I have been doing Searches but a "Technical Sub Forum" is not in the list of "Open" forums for my searches. When I do a search, I do get a relatively small list in response but no actual mods or pictures.

I believe my account is paid up, and everything seems to be as usual except for this problem.

Jim -

Dave is correct - you are being carried as a Registered Guest, which gives you very little access to the forums. I can't see any of the membership info such as signup dates, so you need to send an email or PM to Chris. Be sure to give him your login name, real name, date you paid, method of payment, and any other relevant info.

Bill - I did as you suggested and sent an email to "Web Master". Hope this gets straightened out soon.
