Default Stephen Foster SP in White Springs Fl

I'm off to White Springs tomorrow for a shake down before this year's trip. Also this will be a father/daughter camping trip. We plan on a lot of Mountain Biking. There are 50 to 60 miles of in the dirt bike trails around the park.
This is a nice park just difficult to get into at this time of year. Paved, level sites. Electric and water at the site. Flush toilets and hot showers. A nice little museum in the park about Stephen Foster. Easy access from I-75 on SR 136 to US 41. This is a bit up scale for us.

Yes, it did rain, then the wind started but the TM survived it all. A couple of notes on Stephen Foster, sites are gravel, not paved as I previously said.
WIFI at the craft/gift shop is free but was erratic this past weekend.
Just outside the gate is the local library, they had great WIFI also free.
There is a new 7.5 mile single track loop within the park.

We were at Hunting Island SP in South Carolina that weekend and had the same storm. Hit really hard around midnight and thru the next morning. Hunting Island is very nice if you like a sandy beach with no developments. Very nice rangers and just enough amenities to be comfortable. And have always heard good things about Stephen Foster SP over the years.
